I have spent my life listening closely — as a soloist, as a duo partner, and as a teacher. I performed the Grieg Piano Concerto with the Central Ohio Symphony, and two-piano repertoire with my teacher Ong Lip Tat at Victoria Concert Hall.
Today I work with serious musicians who want to understand their playing, not just repeat it. Perfect pitch helps me hear what is really happening; experience helps me explain what to do about it.

My first lessons came from my mother, in her own piano studio. At thirteen I began studying with Ong Lip Tat, and for five years he shaped how I listen, practise and perform.
Back home, I performed two-piano works by Infante and Lutosławski with him at Victoria Concert Hall.
I earned my Bachelor of Music at Ohio Wesleyan University and my Master of Music at the University of Washington in Seattle, studying with Prof. Béla Siki and Dr Cameron Bennett.
